Treatments
In our clinic we use the MD Codes™. The MD Codes™ is a proven and holistic treatment method and injection technique. It was developed by the renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Maurício de Maio. The MD Codes™ work according to fixed protocols and anatomical injection points (MD Codes™), which ensure a subtle and natural result.
Each code consists of a unique combination of letters and numbers and explains the associated injection technique. During the treatment, all the causes and consequences of the old-age process are examined step by step. The corresponding injection technique is then applied.
Most facial problems can be treated with the MD Codes™ . This is done with high-quality hyaluronic acid fillers from JUVÉDERM® from Allergan Aesthetics. These fillers restructure, accentuate the facial features and rejuvenate the face. With the right skills of our dermatologists, the result will be soft and subtle. The natural properties in the face are strengthened for a longer period of time.

Problem zones - Disorders
There are different facial features and signs that may bother you. Clients often feel the need to address only this problem area, while also looking closely at the underlying cause of the problem. According to the principles of the MD Codes™, in our clinic we not only look at what the client wants, but also how the client feels, but also what he or she radiates and needs.
Face
Problems that occur in the forehead area are frown wrinkles and forehead wrinkles. These often give an angry or tired appearance. For treating a frown or forehead wrinkle, different methods are available. The appropriate treatment depends on the severity of the condition and the desired result. Possible treatments are:
- Botox®
- Fillers: JUVÉDERM® Volbella® with Lidocaine
- Laser: CO2 fractional laser
- MD Codes™: G1 and G2
The purpose of these treatments are:
- Foundation/Contouring/Refinement
- Reduce static frown wrinkles
- Lifting effect of the eyebrows and eyelids
- Creating volume above the eyebrows
Anesthesia during botox treatment is not necessary. If the skewers and the skin are anesthetized with injections, it is difficult to assess the individual mimicry. In addition, an anesthetic injection feels almost as burning as the botox injection itself. Even with a filler treatment with JUVÉDERM®, anesthesia is not necessary. Lidocaine has often already been added to JUVÉDERM’s® cosmetic fillers. This provides a local anesthetic effect during injection.
Temples
Temples are the areas in your face around the temples. A problem that often occurs here is sunburned sleeping. This gives an outdated look. As you age, your skin becomes thinner and slacker in the area of the temples, causing them to walk inwards. With a treatment you get a younger look again.
Possible treatments are:
- Add volume to the forehead and temples using fillers (JUVÉDERM®)
- Softening the lines around the eyes and the area under the eyes
Anesthesia during a filler treatment with JUVÉDERM® is not necessary. Lidocaine has often already been added to the fillers of JUVÉ DERM®. This provides a local anesthetic effect during injection.

Jaw
Your jawline determines the appearance of your face. People with a tight jawline are often found attractive. Unfortunately, aging can cause the jawline to slacken. As a result, the contours of your face disappear, so that you often look older. To tighten your jawline, several treatments are possible:
- Botox®
- Fillers: JUVÉDERM®
Botox treatment is often done when the slackening of the jawline is caused by the muscles in your neck being too tightly ordered. In that case, injecting Botox® can relax these muscles, causing the jawline to tighten again. Treatment with fillers is usually done when the sagging jawline is caused by aging. In some cases, a combination of botox and fillers is used. This depends on your face and wishes.
Anesthesia during botox treatment is not necessary. If the muscles and skin are numbed with injections, it is difficult to assess the individual mimicry. In addition, an anesthetic injection feels almost as burning as the botox injection itself. Even with a filler treatment with JUVÉDERM®, anesthesia is not necessary. The fillers of JUVÉDERM® are often already lidocaine added. This provides a local anesthetic effect during injection.

- Fillers: JUVÉDERM®
Anesthesia during a filler treatment with JUVÉDERM® is not necessary. Lidocaine has often already been added to the fillers of JUVÉDERM®. This provides a local anesthetic effect during injection.
